| Prize-winners of the international TV festival Northern Character are announced The international jury consisted of Russian, Norwegian and Swedish journalists have summed up the results and announced prize-winners in all nominations of the first TV festival “Northern character in Murmansk. The first prize and diploma of the winner in the nomination “Forward to the North!” has been awarded to the film “Captain Kuchin” (TV “Pomorye”, Archangelsk). The authors are Alexey Ugarov, Victor Yeremeyev and Sergey Razin. The I rate diploma – to the reportage ''The Kola superdeep: last salute'', TV-21 Broadcasting company, Murmansk. The authors are Sergey Judkov, Natalia Knizhnikova, Evgenie Artemyev, Alexander Sanitsky, Konstantin Kabanets. The I rate diploma – to the program ”Subjected to repression”, TV company Kirovsk. Made by Yury Zagitov, Victor Popov, Pavel Lebedyev, Eduard Roskoshny, Alexander Pavlov. The authors are The II rate diploma – to the film “Chelyuskin went to Taimyr” , Krasnoyarsk Cinema studio.
