                Limits of the permitted.

                Journalism is a powerful weapon which can either help or  harm  a person.

                Private life: do journalists have the right to interfere with it and what is really happening.

                International ethics. Forbidden topics common for journalists from all the countries. How to make films on ticklish topics (drug addiction, alcohol abuse, crimes against children, abortions etc.).

Challenges

                It is forbidden in Norway to film and to take pictures of children at schools and nursery schools without their parents' permission. Why?

                Special rules of filming in hospitals. How shall we show physically challenged people on TV? David Kinsella and his film about Russian girls and abortions.

                Mental hospitals and prisons. Should we show patients and prisoners at all, isn't it the violation of their rights?

                Criminal news. Murders, corpses, blood. Examples of bloody films from Russian channel NTV. Why does the audience want to see these? How can we find the golden mean?

                Interference with private life. Covering the police inspection raids, bailiffs' visits and work of other law enforcement agencies. Why do journalists often take a stand of the authorities and not of ordinary people?

                Ticklish topics: drug addiction, alcohol abuse, prostitution. How can we raise a problem avoiding mentioning names of real people?

Approval of the open letter to journalists of the Barents Region. The main idea: journalism is a powerful weapon in your hands, use it with caution, don't interfere with  private life, stop making gutter programs just to attract the audience.
