| To take part at Festival competition, it is necessary to present to Organizing Committee following documents: 1.Application form (download application) for participation in the Festival. (to send on an e-mail: festival@tv21.ru , or 36_6@mail.ru ). 2.Each competition program should be presented in duplicate and recorded on DVCAM - tapes or DVD disk. Tapes and disks with defects are not admitted. 3.Programs (Films) should have subtitles in English. The printed version of the subtitles is obligatory. 4.The following information must also be provided at the time of entry: - English and Russian script of the program (film) - An information about program (film) timing - An information above the director(s) - Short history of the production company - Materials for the catalogue (brief written resume of the authors and their photos). 5.The filled-in form gives the organizers the right to either full non-profit demonstration of the presented films or parts of them on «TV-21» (in special projects about the 2th International TV Festival “The Northern Character” (the form is attached). 6. The Organizing Committee will not be returning film/programs on DVCAM - tapes or DVD disks. |
